Detector-Level Engineering, Frame by Frame
Every Kunda core starts at the focal plane array — uncooled VOx microbolometers, radiometric calibration and an image pipeline tuned for real scenes, not test charts.
Uncooled VOx FPA
Vanadium-oxide microbolometers at 12 µm and 8 µm pixel pitches deliver ≤ 40 mK sensitivity without a cryocooler — reliable, affordable, SWaP-friendly.
Radiometric Calibration
Multi-point blackbody calibration gives every pixel a verified temperature. ±2 °C accuracy held across the operating range, with batch reports you can audit.
Image Enhancement Pipeline
Digital detail enhancement, 3D noise reduction and adaptive AGC preserve contrast on moving targets and low-ΔT scenes — tuned once, consistent across every batch.
Two Detector Generations, One Platform
Choose by resolution and reach — the software and support stay identical.

Pseudo-Color Palettes
Eight selectable palettes, switched live over serial or SDK — tuned for operator preference and scene contrast.
Calibrated, Stressed, Serialized
What leaves the factory is measured, documented and traceable to the unit.
100% Testing
Every core passes blackbody verification, bad-pixel mapping and image QC — not just batch sampling.
Environmental Stress
Thermal cycling, vibration and humidity screening per product tier, with reports on request.
Serialized Data
Calibration curves and QC records traceable by serial number for the life of the product.
Compliance
CE and RoHS with REACH documentation; export-support materials available for OEMs.
