Returns and Refunds

30-Day Inspection Period
Kunda Thermal accepts returns of defective or incorrectly shipped items within 30 days of delivery. Please inspect every shipment upon receipt and report any discrepancy or damage to sales@kundathermal.com within 48 hours.

How to Return an Item
1. Contact sales@kundathermal.com with your order number and a description (photos welcome).
2. We will issue an RMA number and return instructions. Do not ship items without an RMA number.
3. Return the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days after the item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or OEM-modified products (firmware, calibration or hardware changes made to order)
- Software licenses and SDK downloads
- Items damaged by misuse, improper installation or unauthorized modification

Warranty
All products carry a 12-month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty service is handled as repair or replacement at our discretion. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification or unauthorized disassembly.
